If you received the damaged product or the wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us & delivered it to us we shall send you a fresh piece.
If the product is not from the sale section & eligible for Size exchange, you may write to us at inari.prosperity@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
In the event of an exchange, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from the destination to the INARI warehouse. The exchange piece shipping will be on us.
For now, INARI does not have a return pick-up facility.
