Return And Refund Policy
Please read the item description carefully and note down product sizes. Please also understand that the color you see on the screen may be close but not 100% the same as in the actual product.
If you received the damaged product or the wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece.
If the product is not from the sale section & eligible for Size exchange, you may write to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
In the event of an exchange, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from the destination to the INARI warehouse. The exchange piece shipping will be on us.
For now, INARI does not have a return pick-up facility.

We offer exchanges in sizes. Exchange should be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
We strive hard to match your expectations and hence DO NOT TAKE RETURNS on a purchase unless the product received by you is damaged.
